Lagniappe IT, LLC is an owner-led managed IT, cybersecurity and AI services company founded in 2023 by Brandon Casey. We are located at 1011 North Causeway Blvd., Suite 8, Mandeville, LA 70471 and serve businesses across St. Tammany Parish and the Northshore of Louisiana.

A 30-minute conversation about how your business runs and where the risks are, followed by written findings. There is no catch: you keep the findings whether or not you hire us. If managed IT is a fit, you also get a flat-rate proposal.

Our best fit is roughly 5 to 50 people. Solo practices and larger companies are welcome to call; we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit or point you somewhere better.

Yes. Most offices we support are Windows, many have Macs in the mix, and nearly everyone has iPhones and Android phones that touch company email. All of it is covered.

Yes. Server-to-cloud migrations (to Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Google Workspace or a hosted application) are one of the most common projects we run, and we plan them to avoid downtime during your busy season.

Yes. We design and install office networks, including structured cabling, Ubiquiti wireless and switching, firewalls and security cameras, as part of new offices and build-outs.

No. We are an IT, security and AI company. We are glad to recommend local web and marketing partners.

For security, yes. Endpoint alerts go to a security operations center run by our partner Huntress, staffed around the clock, and confirmed threats are contained immediately. Routine help desk runs during business hours.

Yes. For medical and dental practices we document a HIPAA security risk analysis, implement the technical safeguards, sign business associate agreements, and prepare a breach-response runbook.

Yes. We draft and implement a Written Information Security Program (WISP) that satisfies the FTC Safeguards Rule and IRS Publication 4557, and we set up encrypted email for client tax data.

Yes. We put the controls carriers ask about in place (MFA, EDR, tested backups, patching, training) and help you answer the questionnaire accurately so the policy you bind is the policy that pays.

A flat monthly fee priced mainly on headcount, with security and backups included, quoted after a free assessment.

Not for routine support under a managed agreement. One-time projects and after-hours on-site work are quoted or billed separately, always in writing first.

Our office is at 1011 North Causeway Blvd., Suite 8 in Mandeville. We schedule on-site work across St. Tammany Parish (Covington, Slidell, Madisonville, Abita Springs, Lacombe, Pearl River and nearby), Hammond and Tangipahoa Parish, and the Greater New Orleans area.

Our focus is southeastern Louisiana, where we can show up in person. Remote-only support is possible for existing clients with staff in other states.
