Our managed IT agreements are a flat monthly fee based mainly on how many people you have, with security and backups included rather than sold as add-ons. We quote after a free assessment so the number reflects your actual environment.
What happens during the free assessment?
A 30-minute conversation, by phone, video or at your office, about how your business runs and where the risks are. Where possible we review your email security and backup status while we talk. You receive written findings you can act on even if you never hire us.
Do you only work with certain industries?
We work with most owner-led businesses of roughly 5 to 50 people. Our deepest experience is with law firms, CPA and accounting firms, dental and medical practices, title companies, insurance agencies, contractors and nonprofits, because those businesses hold sensitive data and have compliance obligations.
Do you provide on-site IT support in Covington, Slidell and Hammond?
Yes. Our office is in Mandeville and we schedule on-site visits across St. Tammany Parish, including Covington, Slidell, Madisonville and Abita Springs, as well as Hammond and the Greater New Orleans area. Day-to-day support is remote, which is faster for most issues.
Can you help us use AI without sending our data to the cloud?
